Thankfully my 2 ingredient Lindor style truffles never fail to please. They’re so speedy to make and once you’ve made these you’ll never buy the shop bought ones again (especially when you compare the ingredients lists).
Warm your coconut milk, pour over the chocolate & whisk until smooth. If you want to add chopped nuts, cacao nibs etc. do so now. Set in your moulds for 2-3 hours until firm.
Melt the extra chocolate, dip each centre & leave to harden on a cold, parchment lined plate.
Gift/eat with abandon!
