Banana bread is an endless bringer of joy, & the addition of spices just elevates it further!
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Mash the 4 bananas with the eggs/flax eggs to a rough paste. Fold through the rest of the ingredients keeping some ginger pieces for the top.
Decant into a loaf tin, top with the sliced decorative banana & some extra ginger pieces & bake in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes until an inserted knife comes out clean.
