When the sun suddenly comes out and you realise you haven't got any sweet refreshments, you bring together your favourite ingredients to make these delicious cuties.

Recipe makes 6 lollies.

Ingredients

  • 500ml coconut water
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice

Preparation

Mix your coconut water with the lime, pop the raspberries into the lolly moulds and pour in the liquid.

Add your lolly sticks and freeze until solid, approx 2 hours.
