I firmly find myself on the side of eating real food & opting for the whole food versions over prepared meals. This recipe will definitely save you a small fortune, & they're not tricky to make either!
Serve alongside your favourite curry, with soup or as a flatbread.
Add all ingredients to a bowl, bring together with a spatula then knead with your hands for a minute. It should be soft but not really sticky, if it is add a sprinkle more psyllium.
Leave to sit for 10 minutes then cut into 4 pieces, roll these into balls then roll/press out into rounds.
Cook in a dry frying pan on a medium heat until puffed, crisp & lightly golden (around 1-2 minutes each side).
Use within 2 days or freeze for 3 months.
