I recently had a conversation with someone & they asked me whether I ever do anything unhealthy.
I guess it depends on what your criteria for unhealthy is……
I am entirely aware that I live in a way that may appear unfamiliar & effort intensive to others, but to me the choice to have my daily 10 servings of vegetables at breakfast (& another at lunch & another a dinner…!) rather than over the course of the day is something I have learnt makes me feel wonderful. Progressively & incrementally over the last 12 years.
Now I in no way suggest that everyone need to follow suit, I hope I can encourage more health supportive habits in those who choose to listen to my warblings, but our diets are an entirely personal thing & what suits some will not suit others.
On the other hand making sure the ingredients we choose to use in things like sweet snacks, being a little savvy about how we can make things delicious but without swerving right down the sugar laden route, those kind of handy tips, well they’re things we can all start to do as a happy little gang.
And if it means your next delicious treat is 1 of these little babies then you definitely want to be in my gang…..!
