The use of chlorella in this recipe helps support the immune system and the bee pollen is also amazing from immune function as well as containing amino acids & bounties of antioxidants. When starting to use pollen please go in gently & avoid totally if you are allergic to bees!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 2 sachets cracked cell wall chlorella (I get mine from Sun Chlorella UK)
  • 1 tablespoon organic bee pollen (I get mine from Raw Pot Health the code Phoebe15 will give you a discount on all of their products)

Preparation

Mix the yoghurt & chlorella until smooth, spread into a tablet on a lined dish then sprinkle over the pollen.

Freeze for 60 minutes until solid then cut into pieces.

Keep frozen & use within 3 months.
