Making something out of nothing is the best feeling. From nothing, we have this beauty; 3 ingredients & seasonings, 5 minutes to create magic. If you're using leftover carrots like me then it's a trash to treasure situation for sure.
It can also be vegan depending on your choice of toppings!
Mix your ingredients together until you have a sticky but not gluey dough. Leave it to sit for 5 minutes then give it a final knead.
Take a large frying pan & warm it gently, using damp fingers squish out half of your dough into a round in the base of the pan.
Cook until golden, flip & seal on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the dough & then bake for 5 minutes in a 200°C oven before topping as you desire & popping back into the oven so those bits can warm through.
The dough can be made up to 24 hours in advance & left to sit in the fridge before cooking.
