With the festive season approaching I thought it would be a good idea to share some of my favourite alcohol free drink recipes to sparkle up the evenings.

Ingredients
- Blend 500g fresh strawberries with the juice of 1 lime. Freeze in a silicon ice cube tray for 6-8 hours.
- 3-4 strawberry ice cubes
- 2 parts rose sparkling tea (I buy mine from Fortnum and Mason)
- 3 parts raspberry sparkling water (I buy mine from Dash Drinks)
Preparation

Mix together in your favourite cocktail glass and enjoy!
